Swidwin, Poland /
June 2014
Orange is French multinational telecom corporation employing over 170,000 and has 230 million customers worldwide. It is also the biggest fixed line telephone provider in Poland, as well as being one of the biggest providers of broadband access and mobile telephony.
In June 2014 Freedomes provided a spherical tent for temporary cafe in old-town of Świdwin, Poland where visitors over a cup of coffee found information about Orange business solutions, including M2M (Machine to Machine) automation systems using Orange wireless connectivity to create an intelligent ecosystem of interconnected devices working for greater usability and convenience of its users.
As seen on numerous trade shows, fifty square meters of floor space in Freedome 50 spherical tent is perfect for a tiny coffee-shop/marketing-stand combination. Speed and ease of assembly is one of the main factors that influence popularity of this particular model.
Major part of spherical tent for Orange was covered by a triple-layer opaque membrane effectively decreasing the temperature inside, as well as a transparent front membrane allowing illumination of its interior with a natural light, while after the nightfall, artificial illumination in orange tones created an appealing effect and allowed passers-by to easily associate the structure with the Orange brand.
