Full-Dome Projections in Freedome 500

This time we took our Freedome 500 geodesic dome straight to the future (or it took us, we daresay!). A spherical structure of 515 square meters served as promotional area and full-dome projection pavilion in several locations in India.
The dome featured a product launch from a renowned indian producer of cement who wished for a multifunctional setting that would be in line with ”transforming future” slogan — which is also the company’s tagline. This is how a spherical tent from Freedomes hit the cities of Kolkata, Ranchi and Patna for a series of events featuring futuristic presentations and full-dome immersive projections.
The idea of creating a dome with white front and launching the product in a larger than life setup was executed by our engineers in 48 hours. The dome which had 25 meters in diameter and easily accommodated 400 people created what India's national media called a ”divine ambience”.
