The brand new Volvo XC90 is undoubtedly one of the most important new cars introduced by Swedish automaker in years. It is not only Volvo flagship model, but it also has to match record sales figures of its predecessor, which during its 12 year production period sold almost one million units and started the great renaissance of Volvo brand.
To emphasize its importance Alpha Affairs and Volvo Cars choose Freedomes to build unique venue for launch of their new model on Austrian market in a beautiful MuseumsQuartier of Vienna.
Freedome 300 named the “Volvo Dome of Design” hosted a presentation of the brand new XC90 in front of invited members of press and VIPs, while smaller Freedome 75 served as a lobby area where guests could leave their coats and receive media packages prepared by Volvo.
Both structures were connected with a tunnel and featured Premium Floor System, a sophisticated self-leveling design which integrates durable flooring and ballasting of the dome.
Freedome 300 featured a full 3-layer blackout membrane for a total control over the interior lighting and ability to display high quality projection on screens attached under ceiling of the structure, while smaller Freedome 75 featured a transparent front for a semi-open inviting appearance.
